Weekly. Only fares at or below the tenth percentile of their own ninety-day band, with the date we observed them and the median they are being compared against. No round-ups, no inspiration, no unsourced percentage off an invented normal price.
What an alert looks like
Every alert states the route, the fare, the date we observed it, the ninety-day median it is being measured against and the number of observations behind that median. If we cannot state all five, we do not send it.
Questions about the list
How often will you email me?
Once a week, and only when there is something to send. A week where no fare on your routes dropped below its own tenth percentile is a week with no email, which is the whole point of measuring rather than guessing.
What counts as worth sending?
A fare at or below the tenth percentile of its own ninety-day band, on a route with at least thirty observations behind it. Every alert carries the price, the date we observed it and the median it is being compared against.
Why do you ask for a departure airport?
So we can send you fares from where you actually fly rather than from everywhere. It is optional, and leaving it blank means you get the full list instead of a filtered one.
Do I have to confirm?
Yes. We send one confirmation email and nothing else until you click it. An address that never confirms is deleted rather than kept on a list, because an unconfirmed address is somebody who did not ask.
How do I unsubscribe?
One click, from a link in every email, with no login and no confirmation page. Your address is then suppressed rather than merely marked inactive, so it cannot be re-added by an import later.
Do you sell or share the list?
No. The list is held in our own Listmonk instance on our own server. It is not rented, not sold and not synced to any advertising platform, and there is no third party with access to it.
Do the emails contain affiliate links?
Some do, and they are marked. We earn commission when you buy travel insurance or an eSIM through them, and you pay the same price either way. The fare figures are computed before any of that and are not affected by it.
What do you do with the data?
We store your address, the airport you chose and the date you confirmed. We record whether an email was opened or clicked, in aggregate, to know which alerts are useful. Nothing else, and nothing is passed on.
