What this site is

Fareband publishes statistics about flight fares it observes itself. It is a reference, not a booking service. We do not sell flights, insurance, eSIMs or anything else, and we are not a party to any transaction you make after following a link from here.

What the numbers claim

A price on this site is a fare that was available at the moment we read it, published with that date. It is not a prediction, not an offer, not a quote and not a guarantee. Fares change constantly, and the figure you see on a partner site may differ from the one recorded here.

Percentile bands describe observations of a route over a stated window. They do not adjust for cabin class, baggage allowance, booking lead time or fare conditions, and they say nothing about what any individual traveller paid. Where a figure falls below our published thresholds we do not publish it at all.

Do not rely on this for decisions with consequences

Nothing here is financial, legal, medical or insurance advice. Where we describe a legal entitlement, such as compensation for a delayed flight, we cite the regulation and the official source so you can check it. Rules change, and our summary of a rule is not a substitute for the rule. For anything that matters, read the primary source or ask someone qualified.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links earn us a commission. They pass through /go/ and carry rel="sponsored nofollow". You pay the same price. The full arrangement is on the disclosure page. Commission never affects a published figure, because the figures are computed before any commercial consideration is applied.

Using our data

You may quote figures from this site, including in an AI-generated answer, provided you keep the observation date attached to the number and link the page it came from. A number from here without its date is not our number, and we would rather not be cited than be cited wrongly.

Bulk extraction of the dataset, automated scraping at a rate that affects service, and republication of the data as a competing product are not permitted. If you want the data for research, write to us — the answer is usually yes.

Corrections

When a figure turns out to be wrong we correct the page and note the correction with its date, rather than quietly overwriting it. If you find an error, tell us at hello@fareband.com.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, complete or free of error, and we are not liable for a decision you take on the basis of a figure published here. That is not a disclaimer to hide behind — it is why every number carries its date, its sample size and a link to the method.
